  • Checking if a Claims Examiner (CE) has been assigned.
  • Viewing official status letters or decision notices (CA-181).
  • Checking biweekly compensation payment status.

Contact MND Diagnostics For:

  • Scheduling an upcoming impairment evaluation or IME.
  • If your Claims Examiner sends a development letter (SE01) requesting supplemental clarification.
  • If it has been more than 90 days since your evaluation with no ECOMP update.
  • Help with digital patient authorization packets or change of physician requests.
